Scrum Down Scrub Up event

Women and Girl’s aged 16-24 are invited to an introduction to Rugby event at Darlington RFC, Blackwell Meadows, to encourage female participation in the sport, on Saturday 16 January at 10.00am.

The event encourages ladies to scrum down and scrub up, and get involved in the game of Rugby.

The event will start with an introductory rugby session, delivered by RFU Community Coaches.  The session is suitable for beginners and complete newcomers to give them an insight into the sport and meet some current players from Darlington RFC. The event will be focus on enjoyment and having a go. All the ladies will then be provided with a FREE lunch, followed by complimentary nail treatments in the afternoon, provided by Darlington Nail Bar.
