Views Sought on Marton Avenue Development Site

THE public’s views are being sought over the proposed development of a key Middlesbrough housing site. Guidance has been drawn up for a 2.9-hectare plot to the north of Marton Avenue, off Ladgate Lane, with potential for the development of around 72 high quality three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. Longbenton youngsters enjoyed a silver lining as they won second place in the Durham/Northumberland Wing Air Cadets Athletics Championships!   The youngsters, aged 12 – 19, competed across five age categories, with their Under 15 Boys, Under 17 Men and Junior Men teams winning bronze, silver and gold respectively.
