Prospective tenants are being given the opportunity to find out about forthcoming new build properties to rent at Linkfoot Lane, Helmsley.
A free information event is taking place on 21 March at the Town Hall in Helmsley which invites people to view site plans and find out about how to apply for a brand new affordable rented home.
Representatives will be on hand from the Duncombe Park Estate, North York Moors National Park and Ryedale District Council to answer questions and help applicants register their interest in a home.
Two one bedroom apartments and three two bedroom houses will be open to applications from people with a local connection to Helmsley or surrounding parishes
The event, which is being held in the side meeting room, will run from 1pm – 6pm.
