Hot on the tails of our recent award win for customer service from Phorest Salon Software, Rejuven based in Stokesley has just discovered they have been shortlisted for Beauty Salon of the Year (North East) in the first Regional Awards from Professional Beauty Magazine!
This is the first year for the regional awards and to be selected as a finalist for the North East is a big deal.
The Professional Beauty Awards are the most prestigious and established awards scheme for the beauty, spa, nails and aesthetics markets, recognising those who make a real difference to the industry and encouraging their development. The development of the regional awards will link in the national awards as the high-scoring finalists of the Regional Awards will then automatically go through to the finals of the national Professional Beauty Awards 2017, to be held in London in February.
The event gives finalists the chance to network with other leading spas, salons and product houses, meaning many worthwhile business relationships have arisen from the event over the years.
The judges had a tough job on their hands to get the businesses organised for the regional finals, and considered the professionalism, innovation and customer service aspects of all of the salons.
Rejuven are not short of awards and nominations and only last month they successfully picked up a customer service award voted for by their customers for the second year running.
These awards are a great indicator of the high customer service offered to all of their clients across the wide range of services they provide.
