The Bannatyne Group has appointed Drew Brown as its Group Head of Hotels, Food & Beverage.
Drew has considerable experience working within both the hospitality and health and fitness sectors and joins the Bannatyne Group following five years working in senior roles at Whitbread.
He has also worked for Esporta, at a flagship health club, and honed his skills and knowledge as a hospitality and leisure professional at a number of four star hotels.
Drew’s responsibilities will be right across the Group, including developing and overseeing a new food and beverage concept across all the health clubs. He will also work with the hotels to further build the business and ensure consistency across the portfolio.
