The Junior British League see the best club from all over the UK compete over two full weekends at the Derby Arena, to become Junior British League Champions. After last season debut and a 4 th place finish, the Girls team from Bishop Auckland Table Tennis club had a great start and after the first weekend played in October the team was unbeaten in 1 st place. The second weekend took place on the 21 st and 22 nd of January saw the girls pick up where they left off, starting the day with a 4-2 victory over Swerve, Next up was Burton Uxbridge from Staffordshire and not to be messed with the Girls took the match 5-1. Going into the last match against the inform Fusion side, from London, a win would guarantee the league title for Bishop Auckland with a day to spare. The game went one way then the other and ended up with a 3-3 draw. However, thanks to other results going Bishops way the title was secured with a day to play. Sunday saw the Team Continue the winning ways with victories over Joola Plymouth 4-2 and local club XLNT Draycott 6-0.
