Celebrate Christmas in style at Hardwick Hall Hotel

A LEADING North East hotel is set for a cracker of a Christmas after lining up a packed programme of festivities.

Hardwick Hall Hotel near Sedgefield – part of Ramside Estates – has a busy month of daytime celebrations and festive party nights planned throughout December, from family fun days to disco nights for corporate clients.

Live entertainment and festive food is on the menu, with a choice from dozens of different party nights to suit all tastes and budgets.

All of the evening events begin at 6.30pm and include a two or three course dinner, entertainment and a bar open until midnight.

The fun begins on Friday, December 1 with the first of the hotel’s party nights: an Xmas in the Noughties celebration, with similar events including 70s, 80s, 90s, R&B and Dance Through The Decades party nights during the month.

Evenings of live performances also sit among Hardwick Hall’s Christmas calendar, with events including an Afternoon with Jason Isaac, Diane Shaw’s Motown Spectacular – performing two days during December, Oh What a Night with the All New Jersey Boys, Abba tribute act Voulez 2 and for one night only, Jamie Tinkler presents Olly meets Bublé.

Other Christmas party nights include an Evening with the Shakedown Band, Fairytale of New York – singing classics from The Pogues, Slade and more, an evening of tributes at Christmas with the Stars, a Rock n Roll Christmas Jukebox disco, the 70s-inspired Christmas Boogie Wonderland and a Christmas in Hollywood themed evening.

There will also be several afternoon parties as well as three family events aimed at children including Hardwick’s traditional Santa Sunday on 3 and 17 December and a Super Heroes and Princess Xmas Party on Sunday, 10 December which will include character meet and greets, an interactive stage show and a two course festive lunch.

The Christmas party nights begin on Friday December 1 and run up until Saturday December 23 with prices starting at £21.95 per person.
