Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

INGLEBY Care Home residents got into the Christmas spirit with festive celebrations at their local – The Myton House Farm.

The Ingleby Barwick Community Partnership, lead by Ted Strike, has been fundraising all year to pay for the residents’ Christmas lunch.

The festivities included WWII songs from Whinstone Primary School choir and entertainment from singer Simon Carter.

Santa Claus also dropped by with gifts for the residents.

Carol Singleton, Home Manager at Ingleby Care Home, on Lamb Lane, said: “We want to say a big thank you to the Ingleby Barwick Community Partnership for their continued support and for organising this amazing Christmas party for the residents.

“The support we receive from the Partnership is second to none.

“The residents had an amazing time, thanks as well to the pupils of Whinstone Primary School and entertainer Simon Carter.”
