Teesside Law Firm, Core Legal are delighted to announce their further expansion as Solicitor, Aimee Husband and Conveyancing Executive, Victoria Kelsey join the firm’s Residential Conveyancing team to deal with their growing demand from clients based in the Teesside area and nationwide.
Aimee, from Skelton-in- Cleveland, studied law at Leeds Metropolitan University and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including remortgages and transfers of equity. Aimee also brings experience within the field of family and matrimonial law to the firm.
Conveyancing Executive, Victoria Kelsey also joins the firm from Stockton Borough Council where she worked as a Legal Assistant in their Property, Planning & Highways division acquiring the majority of the approximate 1,000 freehold and leasehold properties for the Council’s five regeneration schemes consisting mainly residential but also numerous commercial properties.
Victoria has worked in the legal sector for 17 years, and brings a specialist knowledge to the team and the firm’s clients.
Core Legal has a well-established residential conveyancing team based in its Teesside offices and is led by Managing Director, Sally Hare.
