A leading North East roofing specialist has quadrupled last year’s turnover in three months and has big plans for the future.
Washington-based Findley Roofing, has increased its £2.6m turnover, made in 2016, to £10m in 12 weeks, after implementing a new business strategy.
The company has big plans for the company months, including expanding its headquarters.
Due to the overwhelming success of the last three months, Findley Roofing is currently recruiting for 63 vacancies including admin staff, bookkeepers, sales team, labourers, joiners and experienced roofing and building contractors.
Speaking of the rapid growth, Grant said: “Things were ticking along quite nicely but our new business strategy has made me realise the true potential of the firm and we have all stepped up a gear.
“The new strategy has made such an impact and motivated the whole sales team to perform at their best and I’m really excited about what the future holds.”
