A new housing magazine is only a click away.
County Durham Housing Group has launched ‘group news’, a new monthly digital publication available at www.cdhgroupnews.co.uk that will keep customers up to date on the work of its landlords.
By visiting the online bookshelf readers can find out all about Dale & Valley Homes’, Durham City Homes’ and East Durham Homes’ work to engage with tenants and improve homes and estates.
Group Communications Manager, Jill Ancrum, has worked with customers to develop the new site.
She said: “Over the last six months we have held a tenant focus groups to review our landlords’ newsletters and found that they were expensive to maintain, were only issued three times a year, and we weren’t able to track how many copies were being read.
“group news will allow us to see which articles are proving popular, and as it’s fully responsive, all of the latest stories and information from across the county can be read on a PC, laptop, tablet and mobile phone.”
