It’s Time To Renew Your 2016 Garden Waste Subscription!

CaptureRyedale District Council’s residents are being reminded to renew their subscriptions for garden waste collections, to ensure their brown bins are emptied after 1 April 2016.

Existing white coloured licences will only be valid for collections up until the end of March 2016. After this date a new blue coloured licence will need to be purchased and displayed, to ensure your collections after 1 April. Residents are reminded its time to purchase a new licence before the end of March to ensure a seamless collection service for the year.

The charge for 2016/17 will be £37 (for a minimum of 19 collections). This price works out at less than £2 per collection.

Customers already receiving the garden waste service will be contacted again by Monday 15th February either by post, email or text message, to remind them that their subscriptions need renewing.

“It’s quick and easy to subscribe either as an existing customer or a new customer – please visit the Council’s website to subscribe now or for further details about the garden waste collection service www.ryedale.gov.uk”  said Suzanne Dewsnap, Streetscene Manager for Ryedale District Council.
