Lily Ella Collection is thrilled to announce that it has been personally selected by Gok Wan to feature on the catwalk in his upcoming ONE SIZE FITS ALL event at the Hilton in Gateshead on Sunday 30th September.

Gok’s team approached the brand earlier this year to explain he was bringing his roadshow to Newcastle. They relayed that he had visited the company website and loved the collection and specifically what they were offering the more mature lady. Lily Ella’s brand values have a natural synergy with Gok’s repeated message that there is a direct correlation between looking good and feeling good.

Creator and founder, Zoe Glover’s ethos in designing each collection has always been to create stylish, timeless pieces with femininity and comfort at their heart. Throughout each collection there is an appreciation of seasonal trends and colour-palettes without being a slave to fashion and an emphasis on quality and fit as well as unique, fun and flattering designs. She has always felt the women in the classic market are significantly under catered for – why can’t dressing be fun for the over sixties?

Having recently celebrated the launch of their exceptionally well-received Autumn Collection and 5th Birthday so close together, they have had an exciting few months. The One Size Fits All show seems a perfect way to celebrate the success they have achieved over the past five years and showcase what makes them great – fabulously flattering clothes that help you stand out from the crowd.

Curated by Gok, and compered by him on the day, this not to be missed show will feature some of the North East’s finest fashion labels so they’ll be rubbing shoulders with the great and good of the region. The full team will be flying the Lily Ella flag on Sunday, showing that they are proud to be a successful North East based brand going from strength to strength in a tough retail environment.

As Lily Ella continues to expand, their success is due, in no small part to their extremely loyal customers, who write cards of thanks and gratitude on a daily basis. From women who have suffered from long term illnesses who have worn one of their dresses and felt fabulous again for the first time in years to women who have lost their confidence over time and have said that their outfits have made them feel happy enough to leave the house again.
