Newcastle based developer, All Saints Living, is to stage an open event to find sub contractors to work on a string of local initiatives.
It will be staged at The Gosforth Marriott Hotel on Thursday 27th April between 14:00 and 18:30 in Racecourse Room 1.
The developer is building 14 executive homes in the nearby Walled Garden site, adjacent to Newcastle Racecourse. It is also embarking on projects to construct four new bungalows at Rennington in Northumberland and a part renovation / part new build development of three properties in Sunderland Bridge.
Already underway are the renovation of a former guest house in Whitley Bay – which will become Hotel 52 – and the development of 26 new family homes at Aiden Gardens, Belmont, near Durham.
Said All Saints Living Director, Keith McDougal: “We staged a similar event to find sub contractors to work with us on a prestigious scheme in Scotland and it proved extremely successful, so we have decided to hold an open day for projects in the North East.
“We would like to encourage anyone who feels they have something to offer these projects to come along and make themselves and their talents known.”
