Profound Group celebrate an amazing month after receiving glowing reports from Ofsted, Matrix and Skills Funding Agency.
Profound Group’s Northern Care Training (NCT) and sister company Profound Services are celebrating after successfully coming through multiple quality and compliance inspections with outstanding success.
First up for both Profound Services and NCT was The Matrix Standard – a three day assessment inspecting the Group’s Leadership and Management, Resources, Service Delivery and Continuous Quality Improvement processes. Both companies received excellent feedback and were awarded the nationally recognised quality standard for another three years.
Days later, Ofsted called advising inspection was to take place for Profound Services within forty eight hours. Five Ofsted Inspectors duly arrived and visited Profound’s main sites. After an extremely challenging week, the local training provider was awarded ‘Good’ with Ofsted advising that the large majority of learners made good or excellent progress in their learning. Safeguarding was very effective, with directors and managers setting a clear strategic plan for the company.
Last but not least, Northern Care Training were notified by the governments Skills Funding Agency (SFA) that a compliance audit was to take place to ensure government funds were being used appropriately. A 0.8% document error rate was recorded following the three day audit. Feedback was most positive with the SFA Auditor praising NCT for working to such high standards.
