Plans for a development of 40 new luxury homes in a traditional Northumberland market town have been announced.
Cragside Gardens, based off Silverton Lane in Rothbury, has attracted the interest of established housebuilder Robertson Homes. The company has 50 years of experience in building award winning homes in Scotland, and is now set to bring more quality homes to the North of England, starting with Cragside Gardens.
The three, four and five bedroomed homes are set to be marketed by leading chartered surveyors and estate agents Bradley Hall.
