Over £2.2m is being invested into a new residential development in a popular Northumberland village to meet high demand for housing in the local area.
The exclusive development in Cookswell Mews, Pegswood, will offer a variety of 13 properties including large family homes and bungalows.
Emerging local development firm, Leadgates Developments, is constructing the highly anticipated properties.
