BCS Preservation chose to commemorate its anniversary by donating a percentage of June’s turnover, a total of £1,386, to the Leeds Children’s Transplant Team.

The money raised will help fund the annual British Transplant Games, which is an event the firm’s owners have regularly attended, since their daughter was admitted to the Leeds Children’s Hospital.

Michelle Davidson, office manager at BCS Preservation, said: “After Tegan underwent her liver transplant when she was a baby, we were eager to get involved and help raise money for this fantastic charity.

“We thought it was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the anniversary of our company, by donating money to such a great cause.”

Over the last five years, BCS Preservation has expanded its team, moved to larger offices and become a member of the UK Radon Association (UKRA) and the European Radon Association(ERA).

Director of BCS Preservation Aaron Davidson expressed how thrilled he is with the Company and its future.

He said: “We are very excited to have been trading for five years. It’s been a real team effort and we are hoping for many more years to come.”

Aaron believes the reason for the business’ success is down to the team’s hard work and dedication, and without the communication, reliability and organisation of its employees, BCS Preservation would not be where it is today.

Over the next five years, Aaron hopes to further develop the Company, aiming to double its size.

He added: “We are pleased to say, this calendar year we have seen a significant growth and this is down to our staff and clients, because we wouldn’t be here without them.

“I do believe the reason why the business is flourishing is because we offer our clients a service from start to finish. We have an excellent aftercare team, which offers decorating, plumbing works and more, and this means we are a complete one-stop-shop for many of our clients.

“We are very keen to expand across the UK with some of our most popular services, including radon testing, mitigation and waterproofing and I know we can hit our targets because we have a strong, committed team who is ready to take on any challenges our clients give us.”
