A North East hotel has been named one of the best in the world based on customer feedback.
Best Western Plus Hardwick Hall Hotel, Sedgefield has been awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the fifth consecutive year, in recognition of its consistently high visitor ratings.
The four star hotel, owned and operated by Ramside Estates, is among just 10 per cent of accommodation, restaurants and attractions listed on the international review site to achieve this accolade.
It is also one of only 379 Best Western properties in the world to be inducted into TripAdvisor’s Hall of Fame.
