North East Property Agent Expands Team for Regional Growth

The Northumberland team, which comprises offices in Alnwick and Morpeth, has welcomed property executive Rosie Spours, who will oversee negotiations across both offices.

Rosie joins Bradley Hall following a successful career at London estate agent Foxtons, overseeing sales and acquisitions of luxury properties across the capital.

Rosie, 24, from Alnwick said: “This is a fantastic time to be joining Bradley Hall during its expansion and to be back in the North East at such an exciting time for the property industry.

“I grew up in Alnwick so my knowledge of Northumberland makes me comfortable advising people on purchasing and selling property in the area. I am really passionate about property and I look forward to helping the people of Northumberland find their perfect home.”

The Northumberland team will also include Bradley Hall director and qualified chartered surveyor Richard Rafique, who will be on hand for both commercial and residential property enquiries, and Northumberland area manager Matt Hoy. Assistant surveyor Oliver Hillary will work within the Alnwick office, with the Morpeth office set to go under further expansion with a new team member.

Richard Rafique said: “Rosie has been a welcome addition to Bradley Hall and has already made an impact on the team. Her experience in the industry has proven to be beneficial and she has really hit the ground running by completing negotiations on a number of properties.”

Bradley Hall currently employ 30 staff across operations in Newcastle city centre, Gosforth, Durham, Alnwick and Morpeth. The firm recently celebrated its 25th year as an estate agent and almost 30 as a chartered surveying firm, with an annual turnover of £1.5m. In addition, the firm is managing almost 600 residential and commercial properties for clients along with a rising rent roll of almost £5m per annum.

The firm also recently launched a financial services arm, BH Financial Services, which employs an independent mortgage broker and an industry expert in commercial financial enquires
