On 31st July, Heineken, a Worldwide Partner of Rugby World Cup 2015, alongside Bar Beyond at The Gate, will be offering the opportunity for one lucky winner to join the captains for the pre-match coin toss at the New Zealand vs Tonga match at St James’ Park, as well as enjoying the big game.

To win, anyone in attendance who buys a Heineken will have the chance to take part in a fun, knock-out style game of Heads or Tails, to find one winner who will take home the ultimate Rugby World Cup 2015 prize.

“We’re delighted to be able to offer our customers the chance to win this exclusive prize. Bar Beyond will be showing all of the Rugby World Cup 2015 matches  and this is a fantastic way for us to kick start the programme of activities that we have planned.”said John Adamson, owner of Bar Beyond.

“Being chosen as the venue in the region by Heineken to give away this once in a lifetime opportunity is fantastic news.”

During the evening, drinkers will also be able to have their photo taken with the Web Ellis Cup, which will be awarded to the Rugby World Cup 2015 winners.  The coin toss evening will begin at 6pm and customers will be able to enter the prize draw a maximum of twice.

“We are giving lucky fans around the UK the opportunity attend an official coin toss and get closer to the Rugby World Cup 2015 action,” said David Lette, Heineken Brand Director.

“We are so pleased to be able to open Rugby World Cup 2015 to fans and are looking forward to not only a great Tournament but also putting on some great events with our partners like Bar Beyond in the lead up to the big event.”

In its role as a Rugby World Cup 2015 Worldwide Partner, Heineken has created a campaign to find 48 fans across the globe to win the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be on the pitch for the official coin toss.

A full programme of events in pubs up and down the country will allow fans everywhere to get closer to Rugby World Cup 2015, coupled with unique content from the Heineken Rugby Lounge on social media.

The campaign can be followed on twitter with the hashtag #ItsYourCall.
