A Corbridge village takeaway business has just launched their very own app designed to allow customers to order in advance and enjoy their food freshly cooked to order without waiting.
The Angelfish Takeaway has always been innovative in its approach, offering a ‘posh’ chippy experience and then expanding to offer its very own Angelfish Hospitality Van, which has attended many high profile events including The Rugby World Cup and Northumberland County Show. Not satisfied with that, the Angelfish has now ventured into the digital age to ensure they keep up with what their customers want.
The tailor-made app, offers a user friendly order and collection service that allows customers to order in advance to ensure the highest quality and freshness while reducing waiting times.
Customers who download the app will be treated to 20% off their first order and will be able to view ‘app only’ special offers and promotions going forward.
Group Business Development Manager, Pamela Read, said “Everyone knows Fish & Chips are best served fresh from the fryer, which is how we always serve ours, but this can mean a few minutes wait time. Our new app enables us to prepare customers’ meals to order without them having to wait, whilst helping us reduce waste.”
