The fast growing technology company, with a strong workforce of 240 people, based at their headquarters in Milton Keynes, is opening a new office in Newcastle – supporting a new contract win with Sage Group plc.
Ashley Doody, chief information officer and general manager at Personal Group, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Personal Group and we are all very excited to be opening a new office. Working with Sage we will be launching a new product that could change the face of employee engagement, productivity and happiness in the workplace. What better place to launch this project than in Newcastle, where Sage is based.”
Personal Group is setting up base in Newcastle’s thriving tech hub, the Ouseburn, where they will occupy office space in Hoults Yard.
Invest Newcastle, a dedicated inward investment team at NewcastleGateshead Initiative, offered Personal Group a bespoke package of support to provide an easy transition to Newcastle and make key introductions into the business community.

With the support of Northern Recruitment Group (NRG), Personal Group has recruited a variety of roles, set to open the office with an initial staff size of 10 people and with plans to grow significantly over the next two years.
