Property Week recognises Communicate as one of the best places to work in the UK

Tees Valley’s Communicate Technology Ltd has received national recognition as one of the best places to work in the property sector by Property Week – the leading news magazine in the commercial and residential property market.

Taking place on Friday 23rd February, the IT and telecoms specialist took centre stage at the award ceremony after scoring an impressive 94% in Property Week’s commissioned survey to find the best property companies to work for the in the UK.

You can understand why Communicate were winners with free breakfast every Friday, gym memberships for all, share schemes and bonuses to name a few.

The positive comments from the team members who took the survey showed why they felt like they were an important part of the business, not just a number saying:

“Communicate is a well-structured company that rewards employees with numerous incentives, and pays a fair wage for the position.”

The company which has seen vast growth over the past 12 months has had an impressive start to the year, with a second celebration of becoming a finalist in the Let’s Grow award category at the Teesside heat of the North East Business Awards 2018, taking place on the 22nd March 2018.
