Eight members of Peterlee based claims management company Auxillis, recently celebrated successfully gaining additional project management and business analysis qualifications.
After some hard work and late night studying – supported by the company – Auxillis’ Business Analysts obtained their BCS Business Analysis Foundation Qualification and the Project Managers successfully passed their APMG International, Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner exams.
Both courses delivered by Training Bytesize, were specifically selected to offer a recognised qualification and also improve Auxillis’ delivery of effective Business Change through Agile change methods.
Head of Business Change, Mark Cockburn said “This has been a great opportunity for the team to obtain relevant and industry recognised professional development, with all those involved achieving excellent results at the end of the process. The team have really embraced the methodology and quickly started to look at how best to put their new knowledge into practice, so the business benefits from the investment immediately.”
One of the Business Analysts, Alastair Taylor also added “With the whole team working towards qualifications, there’s been some good humoured competition – and nerves. Having the company invest in our development and give us the tools needed to progress ourselves has been a win-win situation”.
Auxillis is continually working with employees to identify training needs, fulfilling them with a mixture of external training and modules delivered by their own seven strong internal training team.
