NEWCASTLE Skin Clinic’s clinical director and leading industry aesthetic nurse Luisa Scott swapped snow for sand as she travelled across the Mediterranean Sea in the bid to find her dream winter home.
New BBC series, Get Away for Winter, follows like-minded participants across the UK planning to travel to sunnier climates across the winter in search of their parallel paradise away from home.
In the third episode which aired yesterday, viewers were given a glimpse into Luisa’s journey as she embarked across the idyllic island of Ibiza with her friend Tanya to find their home away from home during the winter months and an additional location for her award-winning cosmetic clinic, Newcastle Skin Clinic.
Luisa Scott, originally from Gateshead, carries with her over ten years of leading industry experience in non-surgical aesthetic procedures and skin treatments after working in the prestigious Harley Street clinic and Harrods Medispa.
Since moving back up to the North East four years ago to launch her flagship clinic in Jesmond, Newcastle Skin Clinic has become renowned across the North East for its ‘touch of Harley Street’ and wide variety of advanced cosmetic treatments. Since its launch in 2014, the clinic now operates from three locations including the affluent area of Belgravia, London.
Qualified nurse prescriber, Luisa Scott, said: “This has been a really exciting next step for me, Ibiza has always been one of my favourite places to visit, so to have a permanent base there and the potential to take Newcastle Skin Clinic international is really a dream come true.
