Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

Ged WalshCounty Durham Housing Group is inviting residents to hear plans on Wednesday, 17 August for 40 new homes at West End Villas.

Between 4pm and 7pm at the Queens Head Pub, Crook, local people can talk to officers about the group’s latest venture as part of its promise to build up to 700 new homes by 2022.

Ged Walsh, Director of Assets and Regeneration, said: “We are delighted as a group to have the opportunity to deliver affordable homes to local people unable to access properties on the open market.”

“This event is another step towards making our new build ambitions a reality, together with our landlords Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes.”
