Newcastle-based Ryecroft Glenton Corporate Finance (RGCF) has advised on the completion of a strategic partnership between ISE Partners Limited and Pertemps Network Group.

As part of the new partnership, Pertemps Network Group has acquired a stake in the Central London-based business, which specialises in the placement of secretarial and office support, public relations and communications professionals to companies operating predominantly in the financial services, investment and professional services sectors.

Founded in 2007 by its directors, Eva Rode Hilbert, Susannah Lawson and Isobel Burns, ISE Partners operates principally in the Greater London area. This new strategic partnership will enable ISE Partners to scale-up its operations benefiting from Pertemps Network Group’s national presence. With 257 locations across the UK, Pertemps is a private equity-backed provider of recruitment and training services employing over 2,000 nationally and turning over circa. £800m.

As part of its network of businesses, ISE Partners will support the growth of Pertemps’ operations in London and entry into new specialist market sectors.

Susannah and Eva will continue to lead ISE Partners’ development, as shareholders, with the support and experience of Pertemps, while Isobel will exit the business.

Newcastle-based RGCF advised ISE Partners’ shareholders on the completion of the transaction. The project was led by RGCF partner Carl Swansbury, supported by Corporate Finance Manager, Alex Simpson. Legal advice to ISE Partners was provided by DMH Stallard.

Susannah Lawson, director of ISE Partners, said: “This new strategic partnership marks an important milestone in the development of ISE Partners. We have established an enviable niche in the London market, particularly in the investment & professional services sectors, which we will look to expand into other regions with the support of Pertemps and its established national network.

“Eva, Isobel and I are very proud of what we have achieved to date, which is also testament to the dedication of our talented team. We’re excited to enter into this new chapter in our growth in our company’s 10th year and look forward to working with the Pertemps Network Group Board and central services team in order to bring our high quality services to a much broader Geographical market.

Carmen Watson, Chair of Pertemps , said: “We look forward to working with the team at ISE Partners and building a strong partnership that benefits both businesses and the clients we serve. It is a valuable addition to our national network and supports our strategic aim of enhancing our presence in London and expand the range of specialist markets our offices across the country can support.”

Carl Swansbury, Partner at Ryecroft Glenton Corporate Finance, said: “ISE Partners will see real benefit from this new strategic partnership, which will help fulfil its national ambitions. The three founding partners have built a successful business that is a good fit with Pertemps’ UK operations and I am confident Susannah, Eva and their team now have a springboard to further develop ISE Partners over the coming years.”
