Leading local housebuilder, Barratt Homes, is continuing to demonstrate its commitment to investing in North Yorkshire, with the announcement that it will be contributing over £210,000 to the local Brayton community as part of the launch of its St Wilfrid’s Walk development on Saturday 7th January.
- The contributions are broken down with £176,748 being spent on education in the local community, £30,721 on public open spaces, and £3,380 in waste and recycling management in the area
- St Wilfrid’s Walk, in Brayton, on the edge of Selby, will provide a much-needed selection of new three and four bedroom homes in the popular village, offering perfect family living in an area boasting local schools, countryside walks, a range of nearby amenities and easy access to Selby, York and Leeds
- Buyers will be able to find out more and reserve a property from Barratt’s nearby Barley Fields development in Barlby from December 17th
