Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

A North East-based technology solutions provider has strengthened its approach to customer service with new appointments to its recently established dedicated account management team.

Perfect Image, based at Cobalt Business Park in North Tyneside has welcomed four new Account Managers, Susan Peters, Bob McKay, Rowan Blair and Leah Wilson.

Providing customers with a single point of contact, the new management team will cover all services and ensure uniform high-quality provision across IT infrastructure and business applications. The new team will work to identify new opportunities for its growing portfolio of clients, achieving real business benefits for customers and assisting with business transformation through the intelligent use of IT.

The technology solutions provider recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and this is the latest in a series of new positions the company has developed this year. Perfect Image now employs 100 members of staff and works with a wide range of companies and sectors across the UK and internationally.

Susan Peters joins with experience of working for Hewlett Packard in both the UK and the Middle East as well as EDS. Bob McKay joins the team after returning from seven years in the Caribbean running his own IT company which provided services for clients ranging including Richard Branson.

Rowan Blair has been with the IT solutions company for two years, her transition to this new position will help ensure a structured approach to customer service. Talking about her new role, Rowan said: “I have always enjoyed working closely with our clients but since the introduction of the account management team we have been able to build more meaningful and supportive relationships with our clients. It has been great to have the support of the new team around me.”

With a first in MA Leadership and Management, Leah Wilson made the move from account executive for one of Perfect Image’s largest clients to account manager with a portfolio of 20 clients.
