MUMS looking for some midweek ‘me’ time are being invited to unwind in one of the North East’s most soothing settings.
The Spa, at Wynyard Hall Hotel, Tees Valley, which sits at the edge of a lake within the hotel’s 150 acres of grounds, has launched a special offer for those looking to recharge their batteries now the school term has started.
From Monday to Thursday, daytime visitors can enjoy two hours’ use of the Spa’s facilities, including a salt inhalation room, outdoor vitality spa, ice fountain and herbal sauna for just £20.
They can also upgrade to include a Rasul Mud experience; an ancient Arabic cleansing ritual using mineral rich mud, heat and steam to drive out toxins, or extend their visit further, with afternoon tea in the spa conservatory.
The Rasul Mud Experience costs £15 with afternoon tea priced at £16.50 per person and the Spa also offers exclusive treatments for the face and body, using the Temple Spa range of products.
