Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

logo-landscapeIT IS never too late to learn or pick up something new through the quality courses delivered by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council’s Learning and Skills Service.

Anyone wanting to get to grips with computers will benefit from an ICT beginners course which teaches how to create a range of documents as well as an introduction on how to get the most out of the internet.

Other examples of the beginners’ courses available include learning how to make your own soft furnishings or the practical and design aspects of creating stunning silver jewellery.

There are a wide variety of learning opportunities on offer with many starting in the new summer term from week commencing Monday 25 April.

Alongside the learning aspect, all courses are taught in a welcoming and friendly environment by experienced tutors and are a good way to make new friends.

Anyone interested in developing a new skill or picking up a hobby is advised to view the full range of courses at www.stockton.gov.uk/learningandskills or call 01642 527904 for more information.
