Award-winning housebuilder, Story Homes, has released the first homes for sale at its new Middlesbrough development – Brookfield Woods – following a successful launch event.
The developer welcomed potential buyers to the Grade I listed Acklam Hall, where attendees had the opportunity to meet the Story Homes team, find out more about the 139-home development and reserve one of the first plots.
The first home at Brookfield Woods – a four-bedroom detached ‘Boston’ house type – was secured by a first-time buyer looking to move from Durham to the Stainsby area of Middlesbrough.
Story Homes has already successfully brought its range of high quality homes to the area, with its Kingsbrook Wood development in Stainsby now fully sold. Brookfield Woods connects to this existing development and will feature a mix of house types, including three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
