Tenants are being reminded not to miss out on having their say on their local landlord’s services.
Customers of Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes have until 5pm on Monday, 11 July 2016 to take part in the Annual Survey of Tenants and Residents, STAR, by post or online at www.opinionresearch.co.uk/STAR2016
The local landlords, as part of County Durham Housing Group, issued the survey to 11,000 customers to seek their views on areas like the quality of their home, the standard of their estate, and how they choose to receive day-to-day housing services.
Louise Taylor, Head of Strategy and Performance at County Durham Housing Group, said: “Don’t miss this opportunity to have your say on the day-to-day services that affect your home and estate.
“We really do want to hear from as many people as possible to give us a better picture of where we’re doing well, and areas where we need to improve.”
Customers who take part will have the opportunity to be entered into a free prize draw with the chance of winning up to £200 of shopping vouchers.
