The Bridges Observes Silence for Tunisia Victims

Screen Shot 2015-06-23 at 14.20.15SHOPPERS and staff in the Bridges will join with the rest of the country to remember the victims of the Tunisia terror attack tomorrow (July 3).

At noon the shopping centre will observe a minute’s silence as a mark of respect for the people who lost their lives on the beach at Sousse last week.

Staff at the centre and visitors who are at the Bridges at the appointed time on Friday will be asked to stand in silence to remember those who died.

“Everyone across the country is still reeling from the horror of this attack,” said Andy Bradley, Centre Director at the Bridges.

“And all we can do is come together and observe a minute’s silence for those who lost their lives in this terrible tragedy.

“Our hearts go out to all the victims and their families and we hope that it will be some small comfort that everyone across the UK will be remembering them.”
