Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

Treat them to a luxury spa experience this Christmas

IT’S beginning to look a lot like Christmas – and there is still time to pick up a spa voucher gift at one of the region’s leading luxury spas.

The Spa at Ramside, part of Ramside Hall Hotel in County Durham, has a number of gift vouchers available this festive season for those people who are unsure what to buy for someone special.

The vouchers include spa days, half day treats, spa breaks, twilight spas, couples getaways and treatments, and some also include food and drink.

Give someone a treat for two with the Everything Stops for Tea spa afternoon which includes use of the spa plus afternoon tea for two in the Fusion restaurant, or treat a friend with

Twilight Catch Up for Two which includes use of spa facilities and a two-course evening meal.

There is also a selection of spa days and spa breaks for one or two people, plus the option to purchase a three month membership package, perfect for getting any New Year health kick off the ground in January.

As well as the spa days and breaks, the Spa has a limited number of stocking fillers available, including a Sparkling Salt & Shine Manicure or Pedicure voucher which includes a Salt of the Earth treatment and a glass of fizz for just £25.

Tim Boyd, General Manager at Ramside Hall Hotel explained why spa vouchers make such perfect gifts: “We see an increase every year in the number of people buying vouchers and this is because everyone loves a spa day or a treatment so it’s an ideal choice,” he said.

“We usually see a big uptake in membership anyway in January, so this is why we are now offering a three month membership in voucher form. It’s the perfect way to try the spa and our gym facilities when everyone starts their New Year health kick.

“Already, our vouchers are selling well and our stocking fillers are limited so if anyone wants to pick one of those up, we’d recommend doing so sooner rather than later so they don’t miss out.”
