Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

Trio of Success for Hospitality Business

Katie FosterA Crook businesswoman has become a member of the North East England Chamber of Commerce and won a contract at each of the events she has attended with the promise of more to come.

Katie Foster, joined her husband’s company, Premium Hospitality, as sales director in January and has won three events at three Chamber functions with leads for a further five clients.  The business specialises in extraordinary prizes and auctions for black tie events and exclusive charity golf events; as well as speakers and comperes.

She said: “I decided to go along to a Chamber event as a visitor to see what they were like and I won a contract for the Tiny Lives charity ball in October at that very first event.  The next chamber event was just as great and I picked up a huge event at the Sage, Gateshead for a major property company.  Then the icing on the cake has been winning work for the 25th anniversary ball for the Macdonald hotel Linden Hall.”

Susan Anderson, membership manager, the Chamber said: “Premium Hospitality has really grasped the opportunities our events offer people.  Our network has a wide range of members from major international companies to sole traders and they all need services and products, so it makes sense to buy from each other and build new relationships.”

Premium Hospitality offers charities the opportunity to focus on running their actual event as it fully arranges the fundraising element via a range of activities for no additional cost.

Katie Foster said: “In the four months I have been working in the business the Chamber had literally transformed my client list and dropped some amazing work in my lap.  I am recommending joining to everyone I meet.”
