Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

Venue trio unveils new winter fixtures

Capture3A hat trick of fine food, comedy and all manner of music are being added to the fixtures list at three of the North East’s leading venues.

1879 Events Management, a subsidiary of SAFC, has just released its new what’s on guide covering winter events at the Stadium of Light, National Glass Centre and The Beach House, Roker.

Among the many highlights are a week of Halloween activities starting October 26, a Beer and Buskers Night (November 27), a Burns Gourmet evening (January 22) and a special appearance by Royston Vasey aka Roy Chubby Brown (February 11).

The 27-page guide, which is available to download at www.safc.com/whatson, also includes a round-up of 1879’s seasonal events, ranging from festive afternoon teas to pre and post-Christmas party nights.

Gary Hutchinson, Commercial Director at 1879 Events Management, said: “We have a packed programme of events lined up for the next few months and this guide seemed like the clearest and most concise way to provide details of them all.

“We’ve even included a handy timeline so that people can see at a glance where each of our key events fall.”
