Northumberland’s largest shopping centre is looking for the next big faces in fashion.
Manor Walks’ annual Spring Fashion Fix will give two budding models the chance to strut their stuff on Saturday 28 March 2015, sharing the latest styles from retailers during catwalk shows hosted throughout the day.
One male and one female will win the chance to walk in two of the four shows taking place, as well as a goody bag full of prizes and the outfit they have modelled.
The winning catwalk king and queen could even be in with the chance of walking their way into representation with Tyne Tees Models if they impress on the day.
Manor Walks Shopping and Leisure’s general manager, Bruno Coppola, said: “This year our Spring Fashion Fix is offering an exciting opportunity to get the community involved by searching for local talent to join our line-up of professional models, showcasing the new styles and trends that are coming into our stores for the spring/summer season.
“We are always keen to be able to support local talent and our competition is perfect for any budding models looking for their chance to shine.”
Anyone wishing to enter should strike their best model pose and upload the photograph to Manor Walks’ Facebook page and add #MWModelSearch in the caption of the photograph.
Entries are open from Thursday 26 February 2015 to Friday 13 March 2015. Entrants must be aged 16 years and over. Representatives from Manor Walks and Tyne Tees Models will be judging the competition.
The shortlist will be announced on Facebook on Tuesday 17 March 2015. A shortlist of five male and five female models will then be invited to a screening day at Manor Walks on Friday 20 March 2015.
