The Phorest Client Experience Award 2016 is not based on public votes or judging panels, but rather on how the people who spend money in the salons feel about the service provided to them throughout the year.
The salon service collates all customer reviews and to achieve the winning status, clinics must have made an average of over 4/5 stars between May 2015 and 2016.
This award is a real boost to salon owner Karen Owens, who said:
