The Bannatyne Group is expanding the team at its Darlington spa contact centre to facilitate the growth of its Spa division.

The company, which operates 37 Spas across the UK and has plans for six new Spas in 2017, is creating around half a dozen new positions for contact centre operatives.

A significant rise in the number of calls has led to the recruitment drive. In February 2017 the contact centre answered almost double the number of calls that were answered in February 2014.

“In addition to the job opportunities created at the individual locations when we open a new Spa, we are growing the contact centre team in Darlington to service the increasing number of calls for our treatments, spa days and spa breaks.
