Back by popular demand, Michelin-starred chefs Michel Roux Jr and Tom Kerridge will be demonstrating delicious dishes live in the Royal Hall, alongside Antonio Carluccio and Lorraine Pascale.

Visitors can be further inspired by simple demos and get their culinary queries answered in live interviews on a new feature this year – the BBC Good Food Stage – hosted by BBC Good Food’s Senior Food Editor, Barney Desmazery, offering visitors the chance to watch chefs close-up, cooking live and being interviewed, plus get the latest cook books signed at the WHSmith Book Shop.
