Digital platform SwapBuy was first through the doors when viewings started at Boho Five and within a matter of minutes had selected their new office.

SwapBuy is a digital platform that aims to make swapping, selling and buying affordable and easy and Russell has worldwide ambitions for the brand.
The six-floor Boho Five business unit will be officially opened shortly, with SwapBuy also set to launch later this month.
At over 24,000 sq. ft the building, situated in Middlesbrough’s Boho Zone, Middlehaven offers office accommodation for up to 50 small and medium sized enterprises exclusively in the digital and creative sector. Office sizes range from 100 – 1000 sq. ft.

Boho Five has been developed in partnership by the Homes and Communities Agency and Middlesbrough Council through European Regional Development Fund and HCA investment, it will operate in close partnership with DigitalCity Business.
