Following the huge success of Rockliffe Hall’s debut marquee event featuring Tony Hadley in May, the resort plans to hold more black tie music events.
The group, which became an overnight sensation in Germany in the 1970s, and soon became a worldwide name, will be showcasing some of their hits including Daddy Cool, Rasputin, Rivers of Babylon and Brown Girl in the Ring.
The evening will include a champagne reception, three course menu and all entertainment including an 80 minute set by Boney M featuring Liz Mitchell. Five pounds from the sale of each ticket will go to the event’s charity partner, The Great North Air Ambulance.
Ticket prices start at £135 with additional packages available, including residential deals and VVIP tickets which include seats at tables in the front row and guests will have the opportunity to meet the group (prices available on request).
Liz Mitchell says: “We’re really looking forward to performing at Rockliffe Hall. It’s a stunning venue and we can’t wait to get everybody up dancing to some of our greatest hits.”
Eamonn Elliott, Chief Executive at Rockliffe Hall, says: “We had so much fabulous feedback after the Tony Hadley concert, with hundreds of guests asking us ‘when’s the next one?’ so we didn’t want to waste any time in organising another grand marquee event. We are thrilled that Boney M featuring Liz Mitchell will be performing here on October 23rd and yet again our guests are guaranteed a five star night.”
Tickets are now on sale (Monday 25th July) on the Rockliffe Hall website – www.rockliffehall.com.
The event will start at 7pm with carriages at midnight.
