LBTV Pick of the Week: London Lions v Esh Group Eagles Newcastle
Details: Friday 23 November, 7:30pm, Copper Box Arena, BBL Championship

The Lions take on the Eagles in a top-2 clash in the BBL Championship on Friday night. London are flying high at 8-1, while Newcastle are close on their tails with their 7-2 record and can go level with a road victory.

Rahmon Fletcher leads the league in assists with the only player handing out 10+ per game, while his team-mate Victor Moses is in the top 10 in scoring along with Lions duo Justin Robinson and Ladarius Tabb with all three averaging at least 18 points per game.

Last time they met: Lions 96-84 Eagles (Championship, March 2018)

Leicester Riders v Plymouth Raiders
Details: Friday 23 November, 7:30pm, Morningside Arena, BBL Championship

The Riders moved to 3-1 with a win in Bristol last week and face another side from the South-West as Plymouth Raiders visit. Paul James’ side suffered two defeats last weekend, dropping to 4-5 in the league and have lost their last 22 encounters with Leicester.

Last time they met: Raiders 75-104 Riders (Championship, April 2018)

London City Royals v Esh Group Eagles Newcastle
Details: Saturday 24 November, 7:30pm, Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, BBL Championship

The Royals are back in action as they look to move above .500 when they take on Newcastle, who won the first meeting between the two by 50 points. London City have added to their squad since then and will be looking for revenge as the Eagles face their second game in the English capital in as many days.

Last time they met: Eagles 110-60 Royals (Championship, October 2018)

Bristol Flyers v Worcester Wolves
Details: Saturday 24 November, 7:30pm, SGS Wise Arena, BBL Championship

Bristol suffered their second loss in the league last week, while the Wolves’ losing streak hit nine games in the BBL Championship. Deshawn Freeman has made an impact since his arrival having missed the first meeting when Lewis Champion netted the game-winner to give the Flyers a narrow win on the road.

Last time they met: Wolves 77-80 Flyers (Championship, October 2018)

Manchester Giants v Surrey Scorchers
Details: Sunday 25 November, 5pm, Trafford Sportsdome, BBL Championship

The Giants continue to impress on their travels with all four wins this season coming on the road including a Cup win against the Scorchers. As for Surrey, their tough start continued with a loss in Glasgow to fall to 2-7 in second bottom, though victory would see them climb above Sunday’s opponents.

Last time they met: Scorchers 75-92 Giants (Cup, October 2018)

London Lions v Leicester Riders
Details: Sunday 25 November, 5pm, Copper Box Arena, BBL Championship

The second part of the Lions’ tough weekend double-header at home brings the visit of Leicester Riders. The defending champions were handed their first BBL loss by the Lions earlier this month and will be looking to close the gap at the top with a road win of their own.
Last time they met: Riders 73-76 Lions (Championship, November 2018)

Cheshire Phoenix v Bristol Flyers
Details: Sunday 25 November, 5:30pm, Cheshire Oaks Arena, BBL Championship

A tough weekend last time out for Cheshire with two defeats including the end of their Cup title defence. They are now 4-5 in the league and host the Flyers, who are sit ahead of them in fourth and complete a weekend double-header following their clash with Worcester.

Last time they met: Phoenix 100-97 Flyers (Championship, April 2018)
