Solid Blue Liquid, a new Middlesbrough-based website hosting company, has celebrated its launch by offering free webhosting to local charities on a first come, first served basis.
The company has launched a free web hosting package aimed at North-East organisations with charitable status.
The deal gives charities one website, up to 100 email addresses and a free site builder to help them put their website together.
Solid Blue Liquid’s managing director Nathan Platt – whose father is ex-Boro goalkeeper Jim – said: “We think it’s so important for charities to be able to get their message out as cost-effectively as possible.
“Our charity package is aimed at helping them to do just that. We want to help those who help others. We’re already talking to local charities about how we can help.”
