Owen Inglis, Headteacher at Wyvern Academy, part of Consilium Academies, said:

“This is a remarkable day for our Year 11 students. Against the tide of significant challenges faced in their education over the last three academic years they have truly risen above them.

“The focus and dedication of our students and staff has led to outcomes being even better than in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The potential for this group in the next chapter of their lives is tremendous. An exceptional, inspiring and talented set of young people who we could not be prouder of.”

David Clayton, CEO at Consilium Academies, said: “Huge congratulations to every one of our Wyvern Academy students for the fantastic things each one of them has achieved during their time at school, not only these excellent results but the wider opportunities they have embraced and the resilience they have shown in uncertain times.

“We share the privilege of shaping their futures and our staff teams have worked so hard to give them the tools they need to achieve anything they choose to. I know these results, and the experiences they’ve had at school, will prepare them well for their next steps and long into the future.”
