John Adamson, Director of Ramside Estates is pleased with how well ticket sales are going, and urged anyone who has not yet snapped one up to move quickly.

“The North East Oyster Festival is one the most popular events in the region and as a result is proving very popular,” he said. “We’ve had a strong demand for tickets and I would advise anyone who is thinking about buying tickets to do so now to avoid disappointment.

“This will be our 13th year of staging the festival and it continues to go from strength to strength, helping support good causes. This year we are supporting Butterwick Hospice Care and we’d like to raise as much money as possible to support this wonderful local charity.”
