The designs for 42 new homes, to be built in Blyth, have been revealed by the developer – Linden Homes North East.
They include two to four bedroomed family homes and a two bedroomed bungalow. North Farm, as the new development will be known, represents a £9 million investment and the first properties are expected to be released for sale later in the summer.
Site preparation on the disused farmstead, in the Newsham area of the town, is complete and construction of the show home – the four bedroomed Sandsend – has just begun.
