North East-based CCTV design, supply and installation company, Hadrian Technology, has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of a new training manager.

Dave Cash, an experienced training manager and security operative specialising in intruder systems, CCTV and access control, has joined the Seaham-based company to oversee its employee training and accreditation.

Previously Dave worked for ADT Fire & Security for 14 years as a Field Line Manager, delivering both local and national training for ADT. He holds a NEBOSH qualification for Health & Safety, ILM Leadership and Management qualification and Award in Education and Training (AET).

With Dave’s appointment, Hadrian Technology – which this year was named in The Financial Times’ inaugural ranking of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses – is looking to expand its existing service offer. The company, which specialises in advising clients on the design, installation and maintenance of bespoke high-quality CCTV solutions, plans to offer complementary intruder systems and services for small commercial companies.

Hadrian Technology Co-Founder Gary Trotter, said: “The success we have achieved as a company in recent years is entirely thanks to the hard work and dedication of our highly-skilled team. As we continue to grow our business, we’re passionate about investing in our people and ensuring we continue to offer industry-leading knowledge and expertise.

“Dave’s proven track-record of delivering high-quality training and line management to operatives across the UK was a significant draw, particularly as we increase the size of our team. His expertise in integrated alarm systems also offers obvious synergies for business and we’re looking forward to working with Dave to develop new services for our clients.”

Commenting on his appointment, Dave said: “Hadrian Technology has an enviable track record as one of the UK’s leading security supply, installation and maintenance companies. I’m delighted to be joining the company at this exciting time and look forward to working with Gary and the rest of the team as we work to build on recent successes.”
